3RAG Ltd, a key player in the fuel transportation industry, approached us for support in scaling their operations. Through our end-to-end services—from business plan development to fund mobilization—we assisted the company in securing more than RWF 3 Billion. This financing enabled 3RAG Ltd to expand its fleet from 50 to more than 100 trucks, significantly boosting its capacity to serve its clients and dominate the regional fuel transport market. Our involvement ensured that the expansion was strategically aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives, making 3RAG Ltd one of the largest transport operators in Rwanda.
